Due to severe freezing temperatures and winter storm, Our Eastern Facilities are unable to ship any freezable materials. This includes moist clays. We are monitoring the weather and checking shipment locations. We predict being able to ship normally after February 12th, when the weather is predicted to be more favorable. We are still able to send out small amounts of clay via USPS & FedEx.
Our apologies as this weather is out of our control but we want to ensure we can deliver you quality and usable products.
We are processing and shipping Orders placed online and have curbside Will Call pick up available. Placing orders online in advance can save time.
Our Showroom hours are set from 8 am - 4 pm. Will Call Pick-ups are available from 8-4.
