These bats are 1/4” thick, matte finish on both sides to hold and release clay easily. They are manufactured of injection molded plastic. The manufacturer states that they can't warp, the pin holes can't enlarge and they will never wear out. They are 1/4” thick, matte finish on both sides to hold and release clay more easily.
The unique design allows a perfect, snug fit without jamming for all wheels which use 9" or 10" center to center pin system with 3/8" diameter pins (all current models by leading wheel manufacturers).
The pin holes don't come through to the throwing surface so your pot bottoms won't be marked. The "Easy Lift Rim" around the outside edge of all Speedball Plastic Bats allows them to be easily lifted off the wheel head.
