Given this unique potter's wheel small size doesn't detract from it's strength or ruggedness. It has a 1/6 HP permanent magnet motor giving it a centering capacity of 50 lbs when mounted to a sturdy work surface and the same 14" aluminum wheel head, 2-pin bat system, and speed controller as Soldner's other models. It is constructed with sealed ball bearings and a heavy-duty pulley/V-belt drive. Can be used with a Brent splash pan.
Portability: it can easily be transported for home or studio to classroom or workshop thanks to light weight (42 lbs).
Shipping: meeting weight and dimensional requirements for UPS and air parcel post, it can be shipped economically.
Flexibility: mounting to almost any table, it can be customized to meet it's owners special applications, including wheelchair operation.
