Lehman offers two models of mixer/reclaimers that are excellent for either making slip or reclaiming trimmings. Both sizes feature round polyethylene tanks with direct-drive, top mount mixers which provide a very specific type of vortex action when mixing. Each has a removable plexi-glass top cover and a 2" side drain faucet. A steel base is optional, or you can make one to your own requirements. The model number of each unit also represents the gallon capacity of the tank. Both the 30B and 55B use a 1/2 HP motor and can be shipped via UPS. They both require some minor assembly, and mixing and reclaiming instructions are included.

Model T100
The Model T100 has been one of the best quality casting tables available since its introduction in 1970. The unique Lehman centrifugal pump has no bearings or seals exposed to the slip. This pump is suspended down in the slip and then belt driven from the externally mounted 1/2 HP motor. You may run it dry, or with slip in the tank with the nozzle closed, with no wear or damage. The central drive shaft, plus the flow-through pump housing, provides the gentle agitation to condition the slip as you cast. A stainless screen over the pump inlet keeps out unwanted particles. Lehman says their Slip-O-Matic pump is simply the best and backs that statement up with a full two (2) year factory warranty. The tank has a fifty (50) gallon capacity with a heavy steel frame. The motor is located on the frame end and has a self-adjusting belt drive system. The entire top surface is covered with 1" dowels that remove in 3 convenient sections. 29.5"W x 96"L x 31"H, three dowel sections, shipped assembled, 210 lb. shipping weight. |

Reversable Slip Casters |
| Model RD30 The Model RD30 has a unique reverse action pump that both fills and drains molds with just a flick of a switch. The utility nozzle easily controls the slip flow from a trickle to a full 5 GPM. The drain tube (attaches to the nozzle) is designed to draw in from the sides and will not harm the greenware. By using the reverse, the RD30 fills itself simply by inserting the drain tube into any slip container. The drive assembly has no bearings or seals exposed to the liquid and, as it turns, it gently mixes the slip, keeping it in ideal casting condition. The 30 gallon fiberglass tank has a steel frame with 4 heavy duty casters for great mobility. The open drain area has 11 dowels for convenient table top casting and dumping. Model RD630
The Model RD630 has all the same great features of the RD30, except it has a larger work surface. It uses the same mechanical parts as the RD30 and the RM30. There is dumping area on both sides of the top motor frame. This area utilizes 15 removable dowels. Model RD630M

Model RM30
The Model "M30" was the hobby ceramic industry's original slip casting machine. It was designed and introduced in 1965, and, with several improvements and updates, the current, the current version(RM30) remains the flagship of Lehman Equipment. This model (RM30) is a favorite choice of hobbyists worldwide who need a machine that can do all the heavy slip casting work for them. Sugar Creek Model B-5 Flow Baby (5 Gal)
The original bucket pump, the B-4 started in 1978, is being replaced by the newer B-5. Like it's predecessor, the B-5 has a 1/3 HP thermo protected enclosed top motor with handle. Pump is assembled with stainless steel and non-rusting parts and lifts easily from pail. Sturdy 5 gallon pail has removable half lid to add slip. Pump intakes through stainless steel screen to strain lumps. Jet port in pump head blend slip to reduce settling. Sugar Creek Model PP-15 Porta Pour (15 Gal)
This virtually airtight unit is excellent for pouring either porcelain or regular slip. The 16" diameter, round 15-gallon capacity, molded poly tank is mounted on 3 heavy-duty 3" phenolic casters for easy mobility. The 1/3 HP pump like all Slipmaster pumps, has a stainless steel screen and whirlpool mixing action to keep slip constantly agitated. The 6 ft. 3/4" ID pouring hose is reinforced where it leaves tank to eliminate kinking, and is furnished with a spigot-type nozzle with non-rusting aluminum handle. Table Height Pouring MachinesThese compact, table-high, portable pouring machines, with individually removable hardwood rungs give you the most economical, mobile, versatile, unlimited greenware pouring. No need for drain tables. Use any number of table tops, racks, counters, whatever, to hold molds. Fill one table, move to another, etc. Drain directly back into tank.
